The development of College Square / Apollo House creates a striking contemporary and environmentally sustainable ‘Grade A’ office building which incorporates an entertainment facility, and significantly improves the urban amenity and neighbourhood in which it sits. The facade features more than 1,500 glazed and terracotta-clad unitised panels forming a bespoke curtain wall solution in excess of 21,000 m². The facade also includes unique brass cladding and glass soffits.
