College Square (phase 1&2) is a 60,000m² mixed-use development, exemplifying architectural excellence and sustainable innovation. Combining a 10-storey Grade A office building with an 11-storey residential tower, the project balances functionality and design. Its standout feature is the glazed terracotta and glass facade, which blends modern aesthetics with contextual sensitivity, complementing Dublin’s historic architecture.
