Cumberland Place involved the refurbishment of a 1970s city-centre building to provide a new Corporate HQ for a major Technology company. Works incuded a six-storey curtain wall screen with integrated parallel opening AOVs and 4.3 metre high aluminium doors at Reception areas.

Bespoke rainscreen cladding provided a siginficant new Building Entrance. The project was delivered to LEED platinum standards.

The project was a Finalist in the 2017 Irish Building & Design Awards.
