Cumberland Place Phase 2 comprises the construction of a new 6-storey block including 55,000 square feet of new office space connecting to the existing Block, refurbished under Phase 1.

The upper floors of the office block are cantilevered out over the recently completed reception box. The curtain walling features external sliding perforated panels as sunshades, with metallic bronze mesh fins. Total glazed area is in excess of 5,000 square metres.
