The redevelopment of this prestigious site comprises the construction of a 6,968 square metres Grade A Office Building, ranging in height from four to six storeys. The building is constructed over a two-storey basement, incorporating bicycle and car parking spaces.

The facade features bespoke large-format glazing with specially-extruded aluminium brise soleil. The main entrance features a five-storey glazed atrium with high performance curtain walling. The building is targeted to achieve LEED Platinum rating as a Nearly Zero Energy Building.
