The Academic Hub is a landmark building for the Technical University Dublin, Grangegorman Campus. A visually striking building, it incorporates and wraps around historical buildings and delivers over 12,000 square metres of learning space. It also features a roof garden with spectacular city views.

The facade features high-specification curtain walling integrated into stone cladding, with high performance doors and windows. The project also includes replacement slim-framed heritage steel windows to the adjoining protected structure.
