Harcourt Square is a state-of-the-art 32,000 square metres office building for a leading professional services firm. The building is designed to achieve excellent ESG credentials; LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification is targeted as well as an “A” Building Energy Rating. GLF are appointed to design manufacture and install the entire building facade including unitised curtain walling, stone, aluminium rainscreen, feature fins, balustrades, AOV’s, windows and doors.

The unitised curtain walling is fabricated from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium, reducing the carbon content significantly.
