Located along the Dublin LUAS line in the Irish Financial Services Centre, New Century House is a six-storey over basement office block, built in 1999. The project involves a complete refurbishment with the replacement of the entire facade.

GLF are appointed to deliver a new high-specification curtain wall system with bespoke metal feature fins. The new curtain wall provides an energy-efficient solution while achieving a modern aesthetic for this highly-visible city-centre office building.
