One Adelaide Road is a ten-storey office development of over 20,000 square metres on a restricted site in Dublin city-centre for a leading professional services firm. GLF are appointed to deliver GLF ECO90 unitised curtain walling that incorporates brick slips, motorised glass louvres and vents; stone cladding and aluminium rainscreen cladding. Rooflights, stick curtain walling, external doors and entrance lobbies are also included.

The project is targeting the RIAI 2030 Climate Challenge and Low Energy Transition Initiative (LETI) targets for limiting operational and embodied carbon emissions. The curtain walling will feature 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium that contributes to a substantially lower embodied carbon content than a conventional facade system. The Client is targeting a minimum LEED rating of Platinum and a WELL Gold rating.”
