John Paul Construction appointed Gunn Lennon as the specialist facade sub-contractor. The curtain walling and rainscreen sub-contract involved high performance curtain walling and laminated composite timber rainscreen. Gunn Lennon Fabrications designed, manufactured and installed the systems using Wicona curtain walling and Technal FXi65 windows. Also included were automatic entrance doors, AOVs and rooflights. In total there was 500 m² of glazing and 350 m² of Rainscreen panelling.
