Ballymoss House is an existing office building originally constructed in 2000. U+I commissioned a complete retrofit of the building to deliver Grade A office accommodation . The extent of works includes recladding approximately 40% of the facade and converting an existing central lightwell into a dramatic light filled atrium.

GLF’s scope includes high-performance curtain walling with glass feature fins, atrium rooflight glazing and fire-rated windows. Construction work was scheduled to begin in May 2018 for completion in early 2019.
