The Malthouse, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin

The Malthouse was constructed in 1859 by the Guinness Family. This latest redevelopment features a stunning glazed extension rising above the existing stone-clad building. The 3,500 square metres of unitised facade feature curved glass to corners and provide unobstructed views over the Grand Canal basin. GLF’s work package also includes replacement windows to the existing historic structure, automated doors, AOVs and associated metal cladding.
