Donnybrook House is a prominently located 1970’s office building in Dublin 4 that was empty for a number of years. The scheme involves the complete refurbishment of the six-storey building and conversion of the ground floor offices that sees the building comprehensively remodelled.

GLF’s scope includes new windows, penthouse level curtain walling, rainscreen cladding and shopfronts.
