Located in the heart of the Dublin 2 Business District, One Molesworth Street is a new landmark office building. The facade is striking with the use of vertical glass fins, solid bronze and feature bronze anodised brise soleil.

The facade finishes and proportions complement the neighbouring buildings within an active street setting. GLF’s scope comprises all metal and glass elements to the facade. The building is targeted to achieve LEED Platinum status.
